1. Can I return a dress?
Prom4 less hope that you are in love with your purchase, our focus is to provide the best online experience.
YES – You can return a dress. Follow the instructions -

Complete the Return Form, within 7 days of your receiving the dress. Any request after 7 days of receiving your dress will be rejected.

After receiving your return request, Prom4less would analyze your return request in the next 7 business days. You will be notified with the new instructions via email.

You must be aware that 15% restocking fee will be applied per item and Prom4less is not responsible for return shipping cost, including any duties, taxes or any other fee that may apply.

A return authorized item when received, Prom4less will send you a notification email within 7 business days detailing your return status. DO NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. IF YOU DO, YOUR SHIPPING WILL BE REJECTED.

All return items must be in a perfect condition, with the tag attached, free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, stains, odors, without any animal hair. You must return the dress in the same condition as you had received.
2. Am I getting a refund or Store Credit?
At Prom4less, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality dresses and a seamless shopping experience. Our refund policy outlines the terms under which we will issue refunds. If we send you the wrong style, color, or size, we will gladly process a full return or issue a credit. We also stand by our commitment to inform you in the rare case your item cannot be shipped in time for your event, and a full credit will be provided.
Refund requests for other reasons will not be accepted. However, we are dedicated to making your experience exceptional and will work closely with you to ensure your satisfaction.
3. How long it takes to get a store credit?
After receiving your item, Prom4less will process your store credit within 7 business days.
Please Note: Prom4less will not refund, replace, return or otherwise compensate you for any unauthorized returns or non Prom4less item that you may have send to us accidentally.
4. Can I cancel my order?
YES – You can cancel your order for a full refund, as long as the item has not been shipped yet. If the item has been shipped you have to follow the instructions for a regular return and you will not be qualified for a cancellation and you will receive a store credit.
